2. last educate Minimum SMA
3. working experience min 1 year in Improvement Activity
4. Have participated in QCC/Jishuken
5. Have Knowledge about basic TPS
6. Have worked in Companies under vendor Toyota
7. Can work under pressure, like improvement
8. Can Operate Computer for Ms. Office
